It is predominantly mothers with children and the elderly who come to live in the UK from Ukraine. Many arrive with limited English skills and no prior experience of living abroad. Often their beloved fathers, sons and husbands have been forced to remain in Ukraine to defend their country.

Our weekly community coffee mornings are a place for host and guest families to connect, commune and build lifelong friendships. We offer free activities for children and adults such as English, art, cooking, football, etc. as well as Q&A sessions on various issues of settling in London such as registering with a GP, finding work, schools, etc.
